I hear there is different types of reports. What type do you use?

We will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.

As a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), State Licenced Professional Home Inspector, B~E Home Inspections has the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.

An average inspection takes about 2 1/2 hours.

In every inspection we have three things in mind - Identify any type of health hazard at the property, Identify any structural concerns, and document any problems areas.

Outside the home, We will check the structural integrity of the walls, roof, and foundation. We inspect the driveway and walkways for cracks and hazards. Decks, windows, retaining walls, electrical runs and exterior outlets, and a/c condenser are just a few of the external areas we inspect.

Moving inside we examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning,plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.

Over 2500 items and areas are inspected.
