• Weekly home inspection
• Check temperature and heating system
• Start automobile(s)
• Check smoke detectors (batteries and operation)
• Check all doors and windows
• Run water, Flush Toilets
• Check lights
• Check Hot Tub(s) (Owner supplied chemicals)
• Check Exterior and Outbuildings
• Accept UPS and FedEx packages and place in home
• Be available to contact local service companies, and let service people into home
• Be available for whatever comes up!

Weekly reports on the condition of your property by e-mail or fax

Cost: $100.00/Month.

Other services available for additional charges:

• Visiting in the winter? Have snow removed from driveway and walks
before arrival.
• Complete home cleaning before you arrive for the season.
