Clear & Accurate Inspections Reports

Using Easy To Read and Understand Icons and Email Delivery

There are several different types of reports that home inspectors use today.

One format widely used is a checkoff list of precomposed comments. While a time saver for the inspector, we don't feel this type of report gives a through report that properly details the inspected properties condition.

Our system is based on a descriptive format. This allows us to add direct comments and photos, so you see what we see.

Our report concentrate on problem areas, hazards, structural concerns and general maintanance issues.

Your report is made easy to read and review by laying out each of the major areas of your home into individual sections. Photos are added and placed right next to the comment, so you can identify what the inspector is seeing and describing.

To further ease and understanding, we use icons that immediatly bring to your attention the importance of a concern, defect, or maintanence issue.

We promise that your report can be accessed via the internet within 24 hours or less after your inspection, or if you request we can mail a printed copy.
