What's Inspected

What Our Inspections Cover

Here's what you can expect!

We will conduct a complete inspection of your home, inside and out

As a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Indiana State Licensed Professional Home Inspector, B~E Home Inspections LLC. has the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.

An average inspection takes about 2 1/2 hours.

In every inspection we have three things in mind -

  • Identify any type of health hazard at the property
  • Identify any structural concerns
  • Document any problems areas.

Outside the home, we will check the structural integrity of the walls, roof, and foundation. We inspect the driveway and walkways for cracks and hazards. Decks, windows, retaining walls, electrical runs and exterior outlets, and a/c condenser are just a few of the external areas we inspect.

Moving inside we examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.
